Very friendly and personable, very upbeat and customer friendly atmosphere. We first went to a competitor(we had never been in dyersville before) and was advised they couldn't do it because of broken belts. Lol...deutmeyers did advise us of issues and we are thankful, mike and Sam went over and above and we will be referring them to everyone, in addition, to being where we will continue to bring our vehicles!!
