Cliff was especially generous. He drove over two hours well into the night, simply because I had a problem I could not solve and he was very willing to help. My only complaint was that he wouldn't let me buy him even a snack.
Auto Tech provides top notch service. They do excellent work and are very accommodating, professional & courteous! I had a little incident with my car that wasn't my fault. They took care of it in a couple of days and gave me a rental car in the meantime. I will recommend Auto Tech to everyone that needs body work, tow, etc.
Auto Tech is the place to go!!!! First off I called in there because I had some scratches on my car, and Jenna (the girl at the desk) was Extremly helpful and I was glad to hear a voice of someone who seemed like they cared about their customers. (I called 4 other places and none seemed interest in fixing my minor scratches I had). When I arrived at Auto Tech, Levi (the mechanic) gave me a amazing deal on getting the scratches out of my car. I happily comfortable in the waiting room waiting on my car. Which only took 10 minutes! Overall I would extremly recommend going to Auto Tech because of there outstanding service.
Cant give a zero review for the thieving liers. Better make sure you get everything in writing or their lawyers will take you to town. Never saw a business so screwed up and treat a customer so bad.
I recently had a vehicle towed to auto tech. Unfortunately it was beyond what we wanted to spend for repair since it was basically a work vehicle. Angela at the front desk was extremely helpful along with a female employee who helped me figure out our towing insurance. They were also nice enough to let me keep my vehicle there while I figured out whether to sell or scrap it. I would highly recommend auto tech! They made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with! :)
The owner, owners son, and several employees all went well beyond what I expected, and did everything they could to accommodate me.
