Farmtek offers some of the highest Quality greenhouse supplies manufactured. Between cropking (taking 4/5) and Farmtek. I would say farmtek has an excellent designed website. They use the traditional website design that has very little flash player stuff there. As well as their products speak for themselves.
We also returned the end panel and received a new one, all at their cost, but the new end panel was still not correct. We are now modifying the end panel to make it fit. (at our cost)
- Incorrect anchor plates
Their shipping prices are beyond reasonable, and their sustainability model for growing produce, for customers and families takes the win. They offer quite a few things for Greenhouses. Their customer support is great and I cannot complain about the products.

Overall, this has not been a positive experience.
- Incorrect fasteners
Very poor! We ordered a new ponywall building for a new salt bin. Initially the ordering process went great and the order was placed without any difficulty. The issues began when the order was received.
Follow-up - Farmtek has offered a credit to compensate for some of the costs that we have incurred and has apologized for the issues that we have had.
In response to my complaints regarding these issues, Farmtek issued my a $60 credit as an 'appeasement credit'. (their words, not mine) This amount was to cover the $40 we spent on a new vent and the balance was to cover my costs and time incurred. This amount seems like more of an insult rather than an actual credit for the time and hastle.
After reporting these issues, they asked us to return the fasteners to them, and we ended up purchasing new anchor bolts ourselves.
I have called the sales manager multiple times to attempt to discuss this issue, and so far, my calls have not been returned.
Their website's photos and photo details need to be much larger, to show people what they are actually buying. I was going to mention, do NOT make your photo galleries a Flash item.
